Information we collect

When you contact Oni Rifleworks, we collect the name, email address, inquiry category, and message you provide. For merchandise orders, we also collect delivery details, selected products, fulfillment status, and transaction references. Card information is entered directly on Stripe and is not stored by this website. Please do not submit firearm serial numbers, government identification, or payment-card information through contact forms.

How information is used

We use information to respond to requests, calculate shipping, process merchandise orders, provide fulfillment and tracking updates, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and operate this website.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records are retained while needed for follow-up and legitimate business purposes. Closed inquiries may be deleted after one year. Order and transaction records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, customer service, and legal obligations. You may request access or correction by emailing sales@onirifleworks.com, subject to records we must retain by law.

Service providers

Our hosting and database providers process site records; Stripe processes merchandise payments; Printful receives the delivery and product information needed to fulfill merchandise; and Resend delivers website email. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.
